VIDEO SURVEILLANCE INFORMATION

For Servizi Logistici, security and the creation of advantages for its customers are among the primary objectives by improving the supply chain processes to make them increasingly efficient, organized and timely. In order to ensure high safety standards at the relevant logistics hubs, the undersigned company installs special video surveillance systems. To complete the information provided to the interested parties by means of the signs displayed in the areas where video surveillance systems are in operation, we inform you that:

• The processing of personal data through video surveillance systems takes place in compliance with current privacy regulations (EU Reg. 2016/679 “GDPR”; Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree 101/2018 ; General Provisions of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, expressly recognized by Article 22, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 101/2018)
• the recording of the images is carried out, as Data Controller, by SERVIZI LOGISTICI SRL, in the person of the pro-tempore Legal Representative;
• the system is installed for SECURITY purposes and the use of the cameras is aimed at the protection of goods, people and assets with respect to possible intrusions, fires, thefts, robberies or acts of vandalism and at the eventual defense of the rights of the owner at the headquarters judicial (acquisition of evidence);
• the access or passage of the interested parties at the aforementioned entrances, rooms and pertinent spaces necessarily involves the shooting of images that may concern them;
• the images detected can be recorded and stored for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose indicated above, and in any case for a time not exceeding the terms established by law (never exceeding 7 days), except for any longer term necessary to fulfill specific requests from the judicial authority or the judicial police in relation to investigative activities in progress; at the end of the envisaged retention period, the recorded images are deleted from the relative electronic, IT or magnetic media;
• the images can only be processed by formally authorized and trained personnel or by external companies which, as data processors, collaborate in the maintenance of the systems and in the supervisory activities; they are not communicated in any way or disseminated outside the owner’s structure, without prejudice to the execution of any orders from the judicial authority or the judicial police or, in the case of offenses, their use in any judicial offices;
• the images will be treated with tools and methods suitable for guaranteeing an adequate level of security and confidentiality, with particular reference to the precautions indicated by Article 32 of the GDPR and General Provision of 04/08/2010;
• interested parties have the right to contact the Data Controller for any request for access to video-recorded data concerning them, pursuant to articles 15 and following of the GDPR. In particular, the person concerned, where he is in any case identifiable, has the right to obtain from the holder confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, and their communication in an intelligible form; to know some information regarding their treatment (source of the data, purposes and methods of treatment; identification details of the owner and, if appointed, of the managers, etc.); to obtain the cancellation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself;
• Any filming of workers and the use of videotaped images takes place in compliance with current labor law regulations (Article 4 of Law 300/70 “Workers’ Statute”, as amended by Article 23 of Legislative Decree 151/ 2015 “last implementing decree Jobs Act”)
